19-Year-Old Mother Used Her Baby For Unspeakable Purpose, Now She's Facing Life In Prison

In a horrifying and hard to believe story out of Michigan, a mother has been accused of sexually abusing her infant son and making child porn.

19-year-old Jazmine Nichole Pacyga of Muskegon Township, Michigan, is alleged to have performed oral sex on her three-month-old son, based on information in court documents.

According to local media reports, her parental rights have already been suspended, and she has been incarcerated in Muskegon County Jail on two felonies.

The bond for Pacyga was set at $200,000 at an initial court appearance last week.

Supporting court documents also claim that the home where the baby was staying is unsuitable for an infant due to “drunkenness and neglect.”

It seems the assault took place around a week ago February 5th. Note that the teen mom is currently facing charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and manufacturing sexually abusive material.  She could be looking at life in prison if she is convicted on these charges.

The young boy is currently in the custody of DHHS. The agency has begun an investigation to try and locate the infant’s father.

Also keep in mind that Pacyga is going to be charged as a second-time habitual offender due to a prior conviction for felony home invasion, based on a statement from Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat.

According to Michigan law, a conviction for for criminal sexual conduct can carry a penalty of life in prison, and a charge sexually abusive material will usually have a maximum penalty of 20 years. Given Pacyga’s status as a habitual offender, that maximum term is increased to 30 years.

Her first court appearance is scheduled for February 23 in District Judge Geoffrey Nolan's courtroom, according to a report from a local TV station.

Law enforcement authorities note that pedophiles are often willing to pay large sums of money for recordings of child pornography.
