Trump Would Give Palin Place In White House

Donald Trump has promised Sarah Palin a job if he is elected president, Opposing Views reported.

The real-estate tycoon, the front-running candidate for the Republican nomination, confirmed Monday that he would appoint Palin to an unspecified position in his administration.

Trump called the former Alaska governor “tough and smart” during an interview on “The Palin Update,” an online radio program, according to RightWingWatch.org.

When asked whether he would ever call Palin for advice or hire her, Trump responded: “I mean, I’d love that because she really is somebody that knows what’s happening and she’s a special person … and I think people know that.”

He continued: “She’s got a following that is unbelievable. … No matter where I go, everybody loves her. … (There are) some people who don’t exactly love us, and we understand who they are and you sort of forget about that, but she has a tremendously loyal group of people out there for her and I think now maybe more so than ever.”

Trump blasted his rivals for the Republican nomination. “You know, I’m looking at some of these candidates. They’re weak, they’re ineffective to a degree that’s actually almost hard to believe. And you know they like the Sarah Palin kind of strength; you just don’t see very much of it anymore,” he said.
