Donald Trump is once again using social media to lash out at Hillary Clinton and her husband, as well as Jeb Bush, the Daily Mail reported.
The Republican presidential front-runner tweeted that Clinton, the leading contender for the Democratic nomination, “doesn’t have the strength or stamina to be president.” Regarding the former president, Trump wrote: “I hope Bill Clinton starts talking about women’s issues so that voters can see what a hypocrite he is and how Hillary abused those women.”
The real-estate developer and former reality-show host also repeated his accusation that Bush, whose White House bid has failed to win significant support in national polls of GOP primary voters, is a “low-energy stiff.” He called the former Florida governor “a total embarrassment to both himself and his family.”
The Daily Mail pointed out that Trump has used social media to great effect, earning free news coverage of his policy proposals and personal attacks. He has gone after his political rivals and the news media. During 2015, Fox News’ Megyn Kelly was the subject of 66 derogatory tweets, followed by Hillary Clinton at 65, according to Politico. Trump bashed Jeb Bush 97 times. He reportedly has more than 5.5 million Twitter followers, compared with about 5 million for the former secretary of state.
