Strange Tree Materializes In Park Overnight, Then People Realize What's Dangling Off Of It

There’s certainly no shortage of holiday scenes making the rounds on social media at the moment, but some of them really deserve a second glance. Better yet, they need to be shared with everyone you know. This is one of those scenes.

As Mad World News shares, this awesome photo of this Christmas tree in St. Martins Parish, Louisiana has gone viral - and it’s for a really awesome reason. While it doesn’t look like much at first glance, the photo caption says all you need to know.

“As you can see I need Christmas ornaments on my branches. I am no ordinary tree. I represent all military veterans and active military living or dead,” the photo caption reads.

The tree will soon be filled with ornaments that display the name of someone that served in the military, and that’s an absolutely amazing way to spread some holiday cheer for all the military families out there. It’s pretty easy to see why this photo has captured so much attention, and it looks like it’s one that will inspire a similar sentiment in other towns across the nation.
